Return & Exchange Policy
At Eqraash, every item is quality-checked before dispatch. Due to the nature of fashion products and hygiene standards, we follow a strict but fair return and exchange policy. Please read carefully before placing an order.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
Returns or exchanges are only applicable in the following cases:
- The item received is damaged
- The item received is defective
- The item received is incorrect (wrong product, size, or color)
Time Frame to Report an Issue
- Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Claims made after 48 hours will not be entertained under any circumstances
- Clear unboxing video (mandatory)
- Clear photos showing the issue
- Order number and contact details
Condition of Item
For a return or exchange to be approved, the item must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and unworn
- Have original tags intact
- Be returned in original packaging
- Be free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Sale / Clearance items
- Discounted products
- Accessories, dupattas, shawls, and scarves
- Stitched, customized, or made-to-order outfits
- Items with minor variations in color or design (as these may occur due to lighting or screen settings)
Size & Fit Disclaimer
- Size exchanges are not guaranteed and are subject to stock availability
- Customers are responsible for checking the size chart before ordering
- No return or exchange will be offered for fit or size dissatisfaction
Shipping Costs
- Return and exchange shipping costs are borne by the customer
- Eqraash does not offer reverse pickups
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Refund Policy
- No cash refunds
- Approved cases may receive a store credit (valid for a limited time)
- Store credit cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash
Order Cancellation
- Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed
- Advance payments are non-refundable
Final Decision
Eqraash reserves the right to:
- Accept or reject any return or exchange request
- Refuse service in case of policy abuse, repeated claims, or fraudulent activity
